Bears

In my final hike in Seward (tear), Jean and I went to our favourite trail, the Harding Icefield, to try to see some wildlife and the Lord sent me out in style. We saw 5 bears...the last 3 were a mother with two cubs. The first one was walking down the trail toward us and was so curious he would have come up to us and touched us if we hadn't yelled at him. Here are a few pictures, but it was getting dark so some are a bit blurry.

How is Ohio?

bull crap! how close was this freaking thing? you have some super zooming lens, or could you seriously have wrestled him to the ground?

We were close enough to wrestle, although I think the wrestling to the ground would have been in the bears' favor. Ohio is hot. And there are no bears.

Are you going to post any pictures of Ohio? I don't think I've ever been there.

Where are you now...and what are you doing? Yes, I see you are in Ohio, but where?

The bear pictures are amazing. Can't wait to see the wildlife in Ohio. :)

Since Jonathan doesn't care about his readers...hehe, I will answer your questions...

Sonja, he is in Oxford, OH at Miami University. Perhaps, they have turtles there??

Kathy, he is never going to come visit us again. His email is leejon38@gmail.com

Jonathan, do you have anything to add?

No, I think you about covered it. I'll try to update soon, but when I do, I'll probably put up a couple of pictures of the drive here. I haven't taken any pictures since getting to Ohio. It's a boring state.
